ToddDigby is the System Director of Libraries for the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities.His role involves working with faculty, staff, internal, and external partners to collaborate on innovative solutions and services for academic libraries and library users. In addition to this his responsibilities include overseeing the MnPALS office (www.mnpals.org) which provides library information technology services to the MinnesotaStateColleges and Universities and the Consortium of MnPALS Libraries.
Shelly Heller is the Administrative Assistant to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Innovations and Office Manager for Minnesota Online and Academic Innovations. She provides staff support to the Minnesota Online Council and Workgroups.
Gary Langer is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Innovations and Minnesota Online. He has over 30 years of experience in academic and student affairs at the two-year college level as well as the Office of the Chancellor for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

Patrick Opatz is the Chief Operating Officer of Minnesota Online, as well as the Business Development Director. Pat has more than 15 years experience in higher education, serving in planning and administrative functions at the both the system and campus levels.

Deborah Proctor, Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in education technology.Recent projects include quality of online learning, online curriculum initiatives, learning objects exchange, accessibility, and priorities and issues of online students. Proctor serves as the system Project Director to MERLOT and invites system faculty to use MERLOT create local workshops on resources for learning and online teaching. Paul Wasko is currently the Director for Online Academic Services and related efforts within the Academic Affairs Division of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. This role includes responsibility for project management and leadership of Minnesota's Electronic Portfolio Project.
